Prior to joining Altieri in 2018, Scott worked as an independent insurance adjuster for over a decade where he handled more than 2,500 claims for dozens of Florida and overseas carriers. His extensive experience in working complex claims for the carriers and his understanding of the insurance company claim process, makes him a valuable advocate/expert for Altieri clients.
Scott’s demonstrated expertise has already provided him the opportunity while at Altieri, to participate in claim adjustments exceeding hundreds of millions of dollars in damages, resulting from pipe bursts, fire, and hurricane to high rise towers, commercial properties, and residential structures.
Scott’s unique ability to positively impact an insurance adjuster’s view of client damages through use of his drone and detailed damage report presentations have turned the tide on scores of claims, each in the millions of dollars to our client’s favor.

On a personal note, Scott is married. He and his wife are expecting their first child. He is also a wonderful parent/guardian to his nephew, a helicopter pilot, and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Clearwater Christian College in 2005.
