Stephon Hartley is a licensed public adjuster with Altieri Insurance Consultants in the Jacksonville, Florida region.
Stephon’s past employment experiences meld nicely with the work he performs as a public adjuster. After proudly enlisting in the United States Marine Corps, his career was cut short due to injury as he received a Medical Discharge. To his credit, Stephon says, “What could have felt like the end of my purpose instead became the beginning of a new one.”
Stephon took the attributes honed as a Marine—resilience–grit–discipline—and redirected them into a new passion for helping people transform their lives physically, mentally, and emotionally by becoming a Physical Trainer. This renewal allowed Stephon to instill into others mental toughness, accountability, and dedication to a cause for improvement. It also allowed Stephon to motivate individuals, build trust, and lead them through challenging situations toward better outcomes.
These qualities, along with a commitment to clear communication, disciplined follow-through, and a deep sense of responsibility for clients, afford Stephon the ability to be an excellent advocate for those he comes to represent at Altieri. Stephon says: “Where I once helped people recover strength after injury or to reach physical goals, I now help them recover financially after property damage.”
Stephon expresses he is blessed to lead a family of five with his amazing wife, two wonderful kids (one boy and one girl), and a powerhouse service animal (Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix).
This family has some impressive goals, which include hiking every mountain they can reach by car or plane, exploring every U.S. National Park, and even hiking internationally, traveling the world with the children, exposing them to diverse traditions and cultures.
