Wes Dillon is a Regional Director and licensed public adjuster at Altieri Insurance Consultants. The firm warmly welcomes Wes as he has joined us in a management capacity.
Wes is known for his ability to maintain a culture of respect and diplomacy in the face of fierce claim negotiations. His personality, along with his reputation for placing the interests of the client first, fits perfectly with the already stellar group of professional adjusters working in that capacity at Altieri. Wes’s sincere, but diligent demeanor will benefit many Altieri clients, using his skills to influence insurers as he brings client claims to a successful conclusion.
In his career, Wes has achieved hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements for condominium associations, commercial, and government clients. Wes is an IAUA certified appraiser and is actively involved in multiple organizations, including the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA) where he serves on multiple committees and the Florida Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) serving on the Ambassadors committee.
Wes has 20 years of adjusting experience in the insurance industry. He became a public adjuster in October 2016 after Hurricane Matthew hit the state of Florida. Prior to that, he spent 13 years as an independent catastrophe adjuster handling commercial and residential claims for major storm events across the country from 2004 through 2016. He settled over 6,000 claims during this time.
Wes is a respected leader within the public adjusting industry as he holds public adjusting licenses in multiple states. Wes is also a frequent speaker at regional and national events.
Wes graduated Cum Laude from Mississippi State University in 2003 with a degree in Communication. He and his wife live in Miramar Beach, FL with their son, where they enjoy golfing, fishing, and spending time on the beach with family and friends.
