Tyler Wehby is a licensed adjuster with Altieri Insurance Consultants. Tyler brings a shared, but unique perspective to our clients and team members because Tyler’s experience in the military and law enforcement lends a distinct measure of service not shared by many in the field of public adjusting.
Tyler began his career by serving seven years in the United States Marine Corps, where he ascended to a specialty in world-wide embassy and dignitary protection, including that of the President of the United States. Through his work, Tyler earned a meritorious promotion to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
Following his distinguished military service, Tyler joined the Tampa Police Department in 2018, where he has served in patrol, plainclothes, and is currently a K9 handler alongside his partner, Kevlar. Tyler’s years of experience protecting and serving others have strengthened his attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to advocating for those in need.
As a public adjuster, Tyler’s past experiences in leadership and crisis management meld greatly with the elevated emotional intensity experienced by policyholders after suffering catastrophic loss. He brings a calm, steady voice of direction forward, for those in need, at a very critical time.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughter, and their four dogs. He also enjoys golfing, training dogs, and boating with family and friends.
